GUESS WHAT!!!!!!!!!!!! for real

So yes.. this is right.. I'm actually pregnant!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We're pretty excited. I'm officially 5 1/2 weeks along now! I'm due around feburary 20th.

Finally Our new apartment

Stupid Work!

I know that I should be happy to have a job and that I'm able to make money, but goodness this job is kicking my trash. I had this job last summer, (Housekeeping on campus) and I was fine. But I'm trying to be a much better employee and I'm just so tired. We stayed until almost 7 last night...and we had to be back at 6 this morning. Give us a break! I'm so sick of scrubbing and running around. If I can ever just relax for a day... things will be good.. too bad I have to work on Saturday too! STUPID!

Ok so I'm not pregnant yet, BUT we're officially trying to get pregnant! Just in case some of you missed the news...other than that, there's really nothing else I can tell you about.. just that I started summer school today :P and that we're both working.. other than that.. we're lame

Wedding fun!

So this past weekend Todd's sister to married, and it was lots of fun. It took forever to get these pictures up so I might do a few more if I have time. ANyway! Todd looked flippin' sweet in a tux, it reminded me of our wedding day.. hmmm anyway! This was us trying to carry all the flowers to the reception all.. which was gorgeous. HOpefully I can get more pictures up with how beautiful it all was, anywho, oh and this was us at the wedding, happy as can be!

EASTER!

Alright, this was when we dyed some easter eggs on Easter. How appropriate! We both did a few each and then that picture down t here is all of the eggs that we did. It was lots of fun. It was the second time we've done this together, last time was when we were still friends.. but we were on a date, so it was kind of exciting because we're getting much closer to being with each other for a year.... WOOT! But I think our eggs ended up pretty nicely!

SLC Temple!

This was on spring break and we were able to go to the SLC temple. It was basically amazing. I just got all these pictures so I can now use them. Anyway! I don't really like the picture with me, I look stupid but I really like his picture alone and I didn't want to just put him up there.. but yeah, this is us, oh and the lighting is really weird, but don't worry about that!

Todd's Birthday!!!! (He's 24)

So his mom gave him four pairs of these awesome glasses! They totally rocked! I held my mouth open forever in this picture that's why I look so stupid! But this was at her house, at his family party. It was good times!
This is what he found when he got home that day. It was on our bed! I thought it was funny, get all the swedish fish on the bed? Because he's a FISHER and he's swedish.. so it's funny!

AHHHHHHHHHHHH

So our apartment is having major plumbing problems! Our toilet has overflown three times in the past month or so. It's driving me crazy! It is so disgusting to clean up... oh and my wonderful Todd has been so good because it always over flows when I'm about to leave for work or for a study session. He is always left behind to do it himself. He's amazing. I love him so much and it's so willing to do it! I think he's the best husband in the world! I hope it will stop this nonsense soon!

SO MUCH FOOD!!!!!

So yesterday was Todd's Birthday. I will get real pictures up later, but since he loves food so much, I decided to make him his favorite meal for all three meals. I ate SO much yesterday! It was absolute ludicrous! I am almost kind of sick this morning because I had so much food yesterday. It makes me want to go on a VERY strict diet... blahhhhhhhh

Understanding

So being on campus and listening to all the different crazy conversations that happen around me while I'm at work and around different types of people, I am more and more aware of how blessed I am. It amazes me how lost and confused so many people are. I like to talk to people and get their opinions as to why they get that tattoo and why they pierced their face fifty times, and they are always different answers, but they are almost ridiculous answers. It's just so they look pretty, which most of them are hideous, or to add something new to their skin, or because it's the in-fad. Either way, they are destroying their body just because of shallow reasons. In one of my classes I had to read about sexuality amongst teens. I couldn't believe the statistics and numbers concerning these teens and what they were doing. They knew things they shouldn't even consider until after marriage, and even then it was inappropriate. It makes me realize how blessed I am that I know the truth and I feel clean and I'm able to walk into this house of the Lord and feel worthy. I love the fact that this gospel enfolds me in it's arms and makes me feel loved and comforted. No where else could that happen!

Spring Break

So Spring Break has been rather interesting. It has been BEAUTIFUL weather. I have absolutely loved it! It almost feels like summer and that makes me incredibly happy. This week was also the first time I was away from Todd. It was hard. We were only away from each other for only like 40 hours too. It was horrible. I think we're a little attached to each other but I missed him a lot! Other than that fact, the week has been pretty good. I quilted a lot and had fun with my mom.

Big ol' hair!

Ok so I was walking to work today on campus, and there was a girl in front of me, and she tried to poof her hair up in the back, and by that time of day, it had become just this nasty ball of gross hair! Seriously, she just had this tangled ball of hair on the back of her head. I guess I don't understand that hair style. If you even want to call it that. Why try to poof up your hair buy knotting it up to a big gross hairball?! I seriously just think that's disgusting! I guess I've always had thick hair and it's always been poofy, so I'm not a give fan of it. Can some one please explain this "fashion sense" to me?

Richfield for spring break!

Hey all you bloggers that are my friends that I like to talk to often! I'm going to be in Richfield for part of spring break because my mom needs some help quilting! Boy am I excited! lol jk. Anyway! I'm going to be there from maybe the 11th or 12th to the 14th maybe longer. It depends how I'm feeling at that point. But that bad part is, I'm going to be husbandless... but! If you're going to be in Richfield, let me know because I would love to see any of you when I'm there! Anyway... just let me know and then let the partying begin!

Clean Flicks movies

So this past year, Todd and I have been renting movies from clean flicks here in cedar city. It's been great because we rent PG-13s and even PGs that we didn't like to watch because of a few bad scenes. So we have been renting the edited movies. Well, unfortunately they are going out of business because of lawsuits due to copyright laws or whatever. Well, since they are going out of business, they are selling all of their movies. Well we went online and found out if you buy over 20 movies, they are only $8 each. So yeah.. we went crazy. We ended up buying 35 movies that are edited that we figured we probably wouldn't be able to see again, with out being offended in some way. So if any of you would like to come over and watch a movie, in about a month, we'll have plenty of good clean choices for you to choose from!

Mononucleosis

Ok so there are about 2-3 people that I know of right now that have mono... or mononucleosis if you want to be technical. And I was wondering what the deal is about that. Well I looked it up and found out that it is passed on by saliva or mucus, it gives you symptoms like the flu or what not and it never goes away! So if you get it once, you will always have mono, but the symptoms just go away. Isn't that crazy? I feel kind of bad for these people because there is a girl in my ward who has mono and she can't kiss her husband at all. That's absolutely nuts to me! I wouldn't be able to do that, I would just say, well that's too bad, kiss me anyway! She is DEFINITELY a very strong woman. So those of you out there that have someone you like to kiss a lot, be careful of mono, because it's out there and it will haunt you!

Sweet Jumpin'

So on Friday Todd and I had to sing the national anthem for the gymnastics meet. We decided to stay and watch the meet because we really didn't have anything else to do. We were going against Utah State University and so I thought it was pretty cool because that's a local college. Basically it was way awesome and we did really good, and we kicked their trash, sorry girls! But yeah, SUU has an awesome Gymnastics program and we have even beaten BYU, so that's really cool! GO SUU!

Ugly Betty

I think this girl is so cool because she's really actually gorgeous and she plays this not so gorgeous girl on a show... that's pretty hard to do.. anyway! I haven't posted anything for a while so here is something to look at!

Awesome Apron

Every Thursday, Todd and I go to the Episcopalian church in Cedar City because they feed any student for free. They are a bunch of really nice ladies who just want to feed people. It's really good food too. Tonight, we went there and one of the ladies was wearing an apron. On it, it read, "Have You Hugged An Episcopalian Today?" It was awesome! We decided we need to make an apron that reads, "Have you hugged a Mormon Today?" I think it would be absolutely wonderful! The people there are amazing though, and very very sweet. It's like seeing your grandma once a week and her trying to stuff you completely food with really good food. I love it! If they do that in your community, you should definitely participate and get to know people outside of your faith. It's completely worth it and very much fun!
